Rachel Tanz, MD
Bio: Dr. Tanz completed her medical degree at Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University. She then completed her residency at Lurie Children’s Hospital at Northwestern University in Chicago. She worked in private practice for 3 years and is now an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of General Pediatrics at the University of Utah.
